To do this I learn how you do business. I look at what is important to the operation of your company and then explain how technology can help. I look at your disaster planning and I identify bottlenecks in your network.
MANAGED SERVICES PROVIDER
 

   Are you tired of worrying about your network and what it will cost you. With managed services, you turn the responsibility for your network over to SDC. SDC is responsible for monitoring, maintaining, and even fixing any problems that arise. With a managed services contract you pay one monthly fee and if a problem takes 30 hours to fix, you don't worry about the cost, because it included in your contract. You still only pay your same monthly fee.
   Running a good secure business network can be expensive, but with a managed services contract, you always know what that expense is. You can budget based on an actual cost for service. Your only responsibility is for hardware any special projects you wish to run. Since most business hardware should be under warranty, the hardware is covered as well. If you are on a managed services contract, it is in SDC's best interest to do everything possible to keep your network in top condition. If we don't, SDC has to pay the service bill not you. You need a certain technology researched, its included. Travel time, its included. It also gives you priority service over non-contract clients.
NETWORK MONITORING
     Full time network monitoring. You can go on the internet and see the status of your server and your desktops from anywhere you have internet access. If you forget or just don't want to, don't worry, because SDC will be watching checking it too.
NETWORK DESIGN
 

   If you don't have a functional network or wish to make major changes to what you do have, SDC will complete an assessment of your needs and capabilities. After evaluating your present configuration and needs as well as your desired capabilities, I will recommend a network solution. I will show you the hardware and software required to implement that solution and coordinate with venders to purchase the necessary products.
   A Microsoft network will work in a variety of configurations, but it works best when implemented the way Microsoft designed it to work.
NEW NETWORK INSTALLATION
     Once you have the necessary hardware and software for your network, I will install your network from wiring to servers. I will configure and customize your systems and software as needed to meet your needs.
NETWORK UPGRADE
     If you already have a network and would like make improvements, I will evaluate its capabilities and limitations, then recommend the necessary changes to meet your desired goals. If no changes are necessary, I will tell you that also, If changes are needed, I will research the best equipment or software to meet your needs and work with venders to get the best price available. Once the products are on site, I will install and configure them to meet your needs.
NETWORK ADMINISTRATION
 

   I will administer your network to the extent you wish me to. I have clients that wish me to administer every part of their network, and I have clients that administer their entire network with just minimum assistance from me. You choose what level of support you wish.
   Certain tasks can be performed by trained personnel in your company. I will train the necessary on-staff personnel. I can also monitor your network to help address issues before they become problems.

     If you want to give your business an online presence, I can help you make it happen. I can help you create the website and publish it to the web. I can also help you through the intricacies of starting an ecommerce site to sale products and services.
